Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. 2. Service Provision and Changes (1) The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Game (including items, features, and ads) at its discretion. (2) In the event of service termination, the Developer will provide reasonable notice through in-Game announcements, store listings, or update notes. 3. Age Rating The Game is intended for general audiences; however, age ratings may vary by region or platform policies. 4. Accounts and Login (1) The Game may rely on platform accounts or social login for identification. (2) Users are responsible for managing their own accounts and login credentials. 5. Paid Item: Remove Ads (Permanent) (1) "Remove Ads" is a permanent digital item that takes effect immediately upon purchase and removes advertisements within the Game. (2) The purchase of Remove Ads does not guarantee the continued availability of the Game or of any account. (3) In the event of Game discontinuation, deletion, or removal from stores, no refunds or compensation shall be provided for Remove Ads or any other purchased digital items. 6. Payments and Refunds (1) All payment, cancellation, and refund processes are governed by the respective policies of Google Play and Apple App Store (collectively, "Stores"). (2) The Developer does not provide direct refunds beyond Store policies. (3) Local consumer protection laws may apply where applicable. 7. Advertisements (1) The Game may display banner ads, full-screen ads, or video ads as part of free access. (2) Ad frequency and formats may change during updates. (3) If Remove Ads is purchased, in-Game ads will be removed. 8. Prohibited Conduct Users shall not: (1) Reverse engineer, modify, exploit, or interfere with the Game; (2) Use cheats, automation tools, or tamper with data; (3) Violate third-party rights or engage in illegal acts. 9. Intellectual Property All content within the Game (code, graphics, audio, and other materials) is owned by the Developer or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without permission. 10. Service Termination (1) The Developer may terminate the Game at its discretion for operational or other reasons. (2) Termination will be announced through reasonable means. (3) No refunds or damages will be provided as a result of service termination, except where required by applicable law. 11. Warranty Disclaimer The Game is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind. The Developer disclaims liability for interruptions, errors, or data loss except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. 12. Privacy and Data Personal data processing is governed by a separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 13. Amendments (1) The Developer may amend these Terms from time to time. (2) Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Local laws in certain jurisdictions may grant additional consumer rights.
